Within India, shipping is free. Free-size pieces arrive within 7 days of your order, and pieces made in your size arrive within 14 days. International orders ship via FedEx or UPS and arrive within 14 days. Pieces that are made to order are shipped once made, and delivery timelines are confirmed with you directly. Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges are paid at checkout, and any customs duties or taxes are set by your destination country and paid on delivery. Please note that international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Each piece is inspected before it leaves our studio. We accept a return or exchange only if an item arrives damaged or incomplete due to a shipping error. Our fabrics carry hand block prints, natural dyes, and hand embroidery, so we recommend dry cleaning only. Store each piece folded in a breathable cloth bag, away from direct sunlight, to protect the colour and handwork over time.

Every saree, kaftan, and kurta set passes through the hands of artisans working in ajrakh, bandhej, chikankari, patola, and other traditional Indian crafts. Because each length of fabric is block printed, tie dyed, or embroidered by hand, small variations in placement and shade are part of the piece, not a flaw.
