Shipping Within India

• Mayura Kumar Design Studio provides complimentary shipping on all orders within India.
• Free-size pieces are shipped within 7 days of your order.
• Pieces made in your size are shipped within 14 days of your order.
• Pieces that are made to order are shipped once made; delivery timelines vary by piece and will be confirmed with you directly.
• In some cases delivery may take longer depending on your location and accessibility.
• Our courier partners do not deliver to certain pin codes. You will be informed if we are unable to reach the address you enter.

We do not allow editing of orders or addresses once the order is placed.

International Shipping

• We ship internationally using FedEx and UPS. For deliveries outside India, shipping charges are paid by the customer at checkout. Customs duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country and are payable by the customer on delivery, where applicable.
• Pieces are shipped within 14 days of your order. Pieces that are made to order are shipped once made; delivery timelines vary by piece and will be confirmed with you directly.
• Orders placed from outside India are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• At times orders can be delayed for reasons outside our control. If your order is delayed beyond three weeks of the estimated delivery time, we will get in touch to check whether you would still like to continue with your order.
